1. How to Get the Gift: The First 20 people to have Roofsmith Restoration, Inc, LLC. (“Roofsmith” and/or “Sponsor”) conduct a free no-obligation inspection of your residential roof, will receive one (1) $100 Concert Cash® code (“Code”), while supplies last (“Offer”). Visit Roofsmith’s website at https://www.roof-smith.com/schedule-a-free-inspection, or call (330)-822-4245, to schedule your free inspection. (Roofsmith is headquartered at 122 Western Ave., Akron, OH 44313.) At the time your roof inspection is completed, you will receive one gift as follows: one (1) $100 Concert Cash® Code good for the purchase of two (2) tickets to a Live Nation show at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, House of Blues Cleveland, Bogart’s Cincinnati. You will be responsible to claim your tickets as instructed on the Code.
2. Eligibility: The Offer is only open to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who owns a home in the United States. Roofsmith may request any participant to provide proof of such home ownership. LIMIT OF ONE (1) CODE PER SINGLE FAMILY HOME.
3. Gift Terms: Codes are redeemable only on the website located at livenation.com/roofsmith. Each Code is a one-time use-only promo code good toward $100-off final ticket purchase for a Live Nation produced and promoted concert at Blossom Music Center, Bogarts, or House of Blues Cleveland tickets on livenation.com, based on availability under this program. Codes cannot be used toward events not ticketed on livenation.com, VIP Nation®, fan clubs, ticket packages, gift cards, credits or shipping charges. Exclusions may apply to TM+, Platinum, TicketExchange by Ticketmaster®, resale tickets and other tickets not sold directly by LN. All ticket purchases are subject to the Purchase Policy found here. Codes must be redeemed by 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2023. A Code can be used only once. Maximum five (5) Codes per transaction. Codes are void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied, forged, counterfeited, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if Codes contain or are the result of a printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical or other error(s), or do not contain proper security devices (an “irregular Code”). Any attempt to obtain or generate multiple Codes and/or irregular Codes and/or to use multiple names, email addresses, phone numbers and/or any fraudulent or other non-permissible mechanisms to obtain Codes, as determined by LN in its sole discretion, shall give LN the right to disqualify user. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. Codes cannot be sold or bought and will be void if sold or exchanged for compensation. Any unused value will be forfeited. Codes cannot be combined with other product offers or promotions. Items purchased with a Code are for personal use or gifts only and are not valid for resale. Codes cannot be used for past purchases or offers. Use of a Code for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. Codes cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and LN is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use. Codes are void where prohibited by law. If a Code is used in violation of these terms, LN reserves the right to (a) cancel any ticket order, or (b) charge the user's credit card for the value of tickets after shipment. Once tickets are issued, they cannot be exchanged for other tickets or merchandise.
4. Parking, travel, and accommodation not included and are the sole responsibility of gift recipients and guests. Gift recipients and guests must abide by all venue policies. Live Nation Worldwide, Inc., Live Nation Marketing, Inc. (collectively “Live Nation”), reserves the right to revoke full or partial gift from any recipient or recipient’s guests who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Gift recipients and guests understand that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the concert. Resale of Codes or tickets is prohibited. By using your Code to claim your tickets, you agree to Live Nation’s Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. Should the event be canceled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
5. General Rules, Conditions and Limitations: By participating or accepting any gift, participants and recipients accept and agree to these terms. There are a limited number of Codes and this Offer will only last while supplies last. The supplies will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Roofsmith reserves the right to modify or terminate this Offer in its sole discretion. Roofsmith is not responsible for replacing any unused, unclaimed, or expired Codes. This Offer shall be governed by Ohio law.
6. Live Nation is not a Sponsor of the Offer and is in no way responsible for the administration of the Offer, the verification of qualified consumers or distribution of the Codes. All inquiries regarding the Offer should be directed to Sponsor or Administrator.
